Welcome to Meroticket. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Meroticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
"Meroticket" refers to our website, mobile applications, and services.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses Meroticket.
"Event" refers to any concert, show, or gathering for which tickets are sold through Meroticket.
"Organizer" refers to any individual or entity that creates and manages Events on Meroticket.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Meroticket, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by law or at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the express permission of the Event Organizer.
Meroticket reserves the right to cancel ticket orders that appear to be made for the purpose of resale.
5. Event Cancellations and Changes
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant change to an Event, refunds may be provided at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
Meroticket is not responsible for any costs incurred due to Event cancellations or changes, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using Meroticket for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Meroticket
- Using automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from Meroticket
- Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Meroticket
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meroticket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Meroticket.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through Meroticket, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.
