Special Commercial Transaction Act

Meroticket provides an online platform for purchasing tickets to various events, including concerts, shows, and other performances.

3. Price and Payment Information

The price of each ticket is clearly displayed on the event page before purchase. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB)
  • Convenience Store Payment (Konbini)

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

4. Delivery Information

Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase. A QR code will be generated for each ticket and can be accessed through the user's account on our website or mobile application.

Delivery is immediate upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation by the organizer
  • Significant change in event details (date, venue, etc.) by the organizer
  • As required by applicable law

In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

6. System Requirements

To access and use our services, you need:

  • A device with internet access
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled
  • For mobile access: iOS 12.0+ or Android 8.0+

7. Validity Period of the Offer

Tickets are available for purchase until:

  • The event sells out
  • The event starts
  • The organizer decides to end sales

8. Cooling-off Period

In accordance with Article 15-2 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the cooling-off period does not apply to ticket purchases for specific events on specific dates.
